       1.   On page 1, line 11, after "ABUSE" insert the words "AND
  SEXUAL HARASSMENT".
  
       2.   On page 1, line 22, after the word "abuse" insert the
  words "and sexual harassment".
  
       3.   On page 1, line 25, after the word "abuse" insert the
  words "and sexual harassment".,
  
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
