0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR STATEWIDE CHILDREN'S SERVICES

0012|     THROUGH THE OFFICE OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHILDREN, YOUTH

0013|     AND FAMILIES DEPARTMENT.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0018|     the children, youth and families department for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of expanding the community
    |
0020|     programming services available through the office of child
    |
0021|     development.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0022|     at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general
    |
0023|     fund.
