0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE

0012|     POSITIONS FOR THE JEMEZ VALLEY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 for the purpose of funding two and one half emergency
    |
0019|     medical technician positions to be located at the pueblo of
    |
0020|     Jemez emergency medical services unit.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
