0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR TO

0012|     INSTALL A PUBLIC TOLL-FREE TELEPHONE LINE.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0017|     of the governor for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of installing and operating a toll-free telephone line
    |
0019|     to allow the public to make toll-free calls to the governor's
    |
0020|     office.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
