APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars | 0017| ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal year | 0019| 1999 for the purpose of developing, expanding and supporting | 0020| broad-based entry-level high technology training programs at | 0021| community colleges statewide, including instructors, | 0022| curriculum implementation, laboratory development, equipment | 0023| operation and maintenance support. Each community college | 0024| that receives funds for the program shall provide an equal | 0025| amount of funding from a source other than the general fund. |
