0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE REGIONAL JUVENILE SERVICES

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars
    |
0017|     ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     regional juvenile services grant fund for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1999 and subsequent fiscal years for the purpose
    |
0020|     of developing a regional system of facilities and services for
    |
0021|     juveniles.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0022|     at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general
    |
0023|     fund.
