0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred two thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($102,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0018|     the commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0019|     year 1999 to provide planetarium outreach to New Mexico school
    |
0020|     children and the public at Santa Fe community college.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
