0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING DEBT

0013|     CORRECTIONS PROGRAM LOCATED IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ninety thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($90,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     community corrections grant fund for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0019|     year 1999 for the purpose of providing debt retirement funding
    |
0020|     to a city-designated community residential corrections program
    |
0021|     that provides transitional services to no more than ten
    |
0022|     residents, including parolees and university students, and is
    |
0023|     located in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.  The debt
    |
0024|     retirement funding will allow the community residential
    |
0025|     corrections program to expand the transitional services it
    |

0001|     currently offers.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0002|     remaining at the end fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0003|     general fund.
