0011|     RELATING TO STATE GOVERNMENT; REQUIRING STATE AGENCIES TO

0012|     PUBLISH AT LEAST ONE TELEPHONE NUMBER IN THE GOVERNMENT

0013|     SECTION OF EACH PUBLIC TELEPHONE BOOK IN THE STATE; MAKING AN

0014|     APPROPRIATION.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  STATE AGENCIES--TELEPHONE NUMBERS--
    |
0018|     PUBLISHING.--Every department, independent board and
    |
0019|     independent commission of the government of the state of New
    |
0020|     Mexico that has one or more telephone numbers shall cause to
    |
0021|     be published in the government section of each public
    |
0022|     telephone directory in the state at least one general
    |
0023|     information telephone number.
    |
0024|          Section 2.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-eight thousand five
    |
0025|     hundred fifty dollars ($48,550) is appropriated from the
    |

0001|     general fund to the general services department for
    |
0002|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of paying for
    |
0003|     the publication of state agency telephone numbers pursuant to
    |
0004|     the provisions of Section 1 of this act.  Any unexpended or
    |
0005|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0006|     shall revert to the general fund.
