A new section of the Criminal Code is enacted | 0017| to read: | 0018| "[NEW MATERIAL] THEFT OF IDENTITY.-- | 0019| A. Theft of identity consists of a person who | 0020| willfully obtains personal identifying information of another | 0021| person without the authorization of that person and who uses | 0022| the information to obtain credit, goods or services in the | 0023| name of that other person, without the consent of that person. | 0024| B. As used in this section, "personal identifying | 0025| information" means a person's name, address, telephone number, |
