       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 43
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
                 1.   On page 1, line 18, after "publicize" insert "to law
  enforcement".
  
                 2.   On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "murder, rape, child
  molestation and chronic repeat drunk driving" and insert "murder
  in the first degree, homicide by vehicle, felony under the Sexual
  Exploitation of Children Act, felony criminal sexual penetration,
  criminal sexual contact of a minor, and felony DWI".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
