                        HOUSE BILL 41
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "Four million four
  hundred thousand dollars($4,400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof
  "Contingent upon the appointment of the gaming control board,
  seven million dollars ($7,000,000)".
       
       2. On page 1, line 19, strike "year" and insert in lieu
  thereof "years 1998 and".
  
       3. On page 1, lines 21 and 22, strike "one million four
  hundred thousand dollars($1,400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof
  "three million dollars ($3,000,000)".
  
       4. On page 1, line 24, strike "three million
  dollars($3,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "four million
  dollars ($4,000,000)".
