  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "; MAKING
  APPROPRIATIONS".
  
       2.  On pages 11 and 12, strike Sections 6 and 7 in their
  entirety.
  
       3.  Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
