0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO

0012|     STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE ADVANCED MANUFACTURING CENTER.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0017|     of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of expanding access for small
    |
0019|     businesses throughout the state to services and research
    |
0020|     technology of the advanced manufacturing center on the campus
    |
0021|     of New Mexico state university in Las Cruces.  Any unexpended
    |
0022|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0023|     1999 shall revert to the general fund.
