      Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                     SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 5
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 12, after the word "ADD" insert "AN
  ADDITIONAL CITIZEN AND".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 12, strike the words "A MEMBER" and insert
  in lieu thereof the word "MEMBERS".
  
      3.  On page 1, line 21, strike "five" and insert in lieu
  thereof "six",
  
  and thence referred to the RULES COMMITTEE.
