  Mr. Speaker:
  
       Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                  HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 11
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 11, delete the word "SELL" and insert in
  lieu thereof the words "TRADE WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 15, delete the word "sale" and insert in
  lieu thereof the word "trade".
  
       3.  On page 1, line 19, delete the word "selling" and insert
  in lieu thereof the words "trade with a governmental entity".
  
       4.  On page 1, line 21, delete the word "sell" and insert in
  lieu thereof the words "trade with a governmental entity".
  
       5.  On page 3, delete all of lines 6 through 9.
  
       6.  On page 3, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following:
  
           "WHEREAS, the property shall be traded with a governmental
  entity only for property of comparable value;".
  
       7.  On page 3, line 11, delete the word "sale" and insert in
  lieu thereof the word "trade with a governmental entity".,
  
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
