0011| PROPOSING TO SELL THE STATE RECORDS AND ARCHIVES PROPERTY AT

0012| 404 MONTEZUMA IN SANTA FE, SANTA FE COUNTY, NEW MEXICO.

0014| WHEREAS, Section 13-6-3 NMSA 1978 requires ratification
|
0015| and approval of any sale of real property by a state agency for
|
0016| a consideration of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or
|
0017| more; and
|
0018| WHEREAS, the property control division of the general
|
0019| services department is desirous of selling real property and
|
0020| improvements, legal description set forth below; and
|
0021| WHEREAS, the property control division proposes to sell
|
0022| the state records and archives property located at 404
|
0023| Montezuma in Santa Fe county, New Mexico and more particularly
|
0024| described as: Lots 120, 121, 122, 123, 163,
|
0025| 164, 165; portions of Lots
|
0001| 119, 124, 166 and 167; part of
|
0002| the alleyway North of Lots
|

|

0011| NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE
|
0012| STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the proposed sale be hereby ratified
|
0013| and approved pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-6-3 NMSA
|
0014| 1978; and
|
0015| BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
|
0016| transmitted to the property control division of the general
|
0017| services department.

0017| 2. On page 1, line 15, delete the word "sale" and insert in

0018| lieu thereof the word "trade".
|

0020| 3. On page 1, line 19, delete the word "selling" and insert
|
0021| in lieu thereof the words "trade with a governmental entity".

0023| 4. On page 1, line 21, delete the word "sell" and insert in
