                          SENATE BILL 1210
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 12, after "COUNTY" insert ", AND MCKINLEY
  COUNTY TO BE LOCATED IN CROWNPOINT, NEW MEXICO".
  
      2.  On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Fifty thousand dollars
  ($50,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two hundred fifty thousand
  dollars ($250,000)".
  
      3.  On page 1, line 20, after "county" insert "and McKinley
  County",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
