0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A NEW

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1998 for the purpose of conducting a feasibility study for a
    |
0019|     swimming pool in a Navajo community, including rights of way,
    |
0020|     archeological clearance and environmental assessment, located
    |
0021|     in McKinley county.   Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
