0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  TRANSPORTATION OF STUDENTS TO SPECIAL EVENTS
    |
0017|     OR EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.--School districts shall not be
    |
0018|     prohibited from transporting students in school-owned vans
    |
0019|     equipped with seatbelts to special events or extracurricular
    |
0020|     activities.
