0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A SCHOOL BUS ROUTE STUDY FOR THE

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1998 for the purpose of developing a plan to improve school bus
    |
0019|     routes in the San Juan chapter area in San Juan county.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
