0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A DENTAL HYGIENE

0012|     EDUCATION CONSORTIUM TO SERVE RURAL NEW MEXICO.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-two thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($92,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1998 for the purpose of funding the development of a dental
    |
0019|     hygiene education consortium to serve rural New Mexico.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
