0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND STUDENT SERVICES AND A NON-

0012|     FORMULA ADJUSTMENT FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SANTA

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     community college board of the Santa Fe community college for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of funding
    |
0020|     student services and a non-formula adjustment for operation and
    |
0021|     maintenance of the plant at the Santa Fe community college in
    |
0022|     Santa Fe county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0023|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0024|     general fund.
