0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  REPEAL.--Sections 16-4-9 through 16-4-17 NMSA

0016|     1978 (being Laws 1983, Chapter 18, Sections 1 through 9, as
    |
0017|     amended) are repealed effective July 1, 1997.
