0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE NEW MEXICO IRRIGATION WORKS

0012|     CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE INTERSTATE STREAM COMMISSION TO

0013|     CONSTRUCT A DAM LOCATED IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-eight thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($48,000) is appropriated from the New Mexico irrigation works
    |
0018|     construction fund to the interstate stream commission for El
    |
0019|     Pueblo ditch association for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0020|     for the purpose of constructing a dam located in San Miguel
    |
0021|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
