      Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 815
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 2, line 22, after "lift" strike the comma and
  remove the opening bracket and line through and on lines 23 and 24
  remove the line through and ending bracket.
  
      2.  On page 2, line 24, after "vicinity" insert a semicolon and
  strike the remainder of the line, strike line 25 and on page 3,
  strike line 1.
  
      3.  On page 6, line 12, strike "on file" and insert in lieu
  thereof "obtained and kept in force".
  
      4.  On page 8, line 2, before "emergency" strike "winter" and
  insert in lieu thereof "outdoor".
  
      5.  On page 10, line 14, strike "snow-grooming" and insert in
