0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE SIXTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR A

0012|     TEEN COURT IN SILVER CITY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the sixth
    |
0017|     judicial district for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for a
    |
0018|     teen court in Silver City.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0019|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0020|     to the general fund.
