0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR

0012|     CONTINUED SUPPORT FOR THE DONA ANA TEEN COURT.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty-seven
    |
0016|     thousand five hundred dollars ($157,500) is appropriated from
    |
0017|     the general fund to the third judicial district for expenditure
    |
0018|     in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing continued
    |
0019|     support for the Dona Ana teen court.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.
