0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE OPERATION OF THE

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-seven thousand five
    |
0017|     hundred dollars ($87,500) is appropriated from the general fund
    |
0018|     to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing
    |
0020|     for the operation of the southwest law clinic.  Any unexpended
    |
0021|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0022|     1998 shall revert to the general fund.
