APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thirty-three | 0016| thousand dollars ($133,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year | 0018| 1998 for the purpose of funding a program through the | 0019| partnership for substance abuse prevention for a youth | 0020| initiative project at Westgate, Wells Park, Dennis Chavez and | 0021| Westside community centers to help at-risk school-age youth to | 0022| develop self-esteem through culturally based instruction in | 0023| drama, art, dance, music, chess and computer educational and | 0024| vocational programs using internet-based resources. Any | 0025| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0001| fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund. | 0002|  |
