0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTINUE FUNDING LOS LUNAS MEDICAL

0012|     CENTER AT THE SAME LEVEL AS ITS APPROVED FISCAL YEAR 1997

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Four million four hundred
    |
0017|     ninety-five thousand four hundred dollars ($4,495,400) is
    |
0018|     appropriated from the general fund and fourteen million one
    |
0019|     hundred two thousand dollars ($14,102,000) is appropriated from
    |
0020|     other sources, including operating transfers in, federal funds
    |
0021|     and other revenue, to the department of health for expenditure
    |
0022|     in fiscal year 1998 to maintain the operation of Los Lunas
    |
0023|     medical center at the same level as that on July 1, 1996,
    |
0024|     including three hundred seventy permanent and twenty-two term
    |
0025|     employees.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0001|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
