0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SILVER CITY SENIOR WELLNESS

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 to
    |
0018|     contract with Gila regional medical center for the Silver City
    |
0019|     senior wellness program.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0020|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0021|     to the general fund.
