0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE NEW MEXICO IRRIGATION WORKS

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the New Mexico irrigation works
    |
0018|     construction fund to the El Pueblo ditch association for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of constructing
    |
0020|     a dam.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
    |
0021|     end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
