0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PLAN AND DESIGN WATER SYSTEM

0012|     IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DESERT AIRE COMMUNITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0018|     for the purpose of planning and designing water system
    |
0019|     improvements for the Desert Aire community in Dona Ana county. 
    |
0020|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
