0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENCHANTED

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred sixty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($360,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     library division of the office of cultural affairs for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of developing
    |
0019|     the enchanted history project by creating a multimedia,
    |
0020|     computer-based curriculum on the state's history.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
