0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE RE:LEARNING EDUCATION PROGRAM.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars
    |
0015|     ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0016|     department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0017|     1998 for the purpose of funding the re:learning education
    |
0018|     program to support school improvement in all grades of public
    |
0019|     school.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0020|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
