0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND ADULT CARE SERVICES IN GALLUP.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0015|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0016|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0017|     the purpose of contracting for adult care services, including a
    |
0018|     home care services program and a day program, in Gallup.  Any
    |
0019|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
