0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTINUE A HISPANIC YOUTH LEADERSHIP

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-seven thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($27,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of
    |
0017|     regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of continuing the operation of
    |
0019|     a Hispanic youth leadership development program.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
