APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-five | 0016| thousand dollars ($175,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure | 0018| in fiscal years 1998 and 1999 for the purpose of initiating and | 0019| implementing a public policy program for Native American | 0020| students in conjunction with the Woodrow Wilson national | 0021| fellowship foundation.
