0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND INTERNET

0012|     SERVICE AT QUESTA HIGH SCHOOL IN TAOS COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eight thousand two hundred
    |
0016|     forty-six dollars ($8,246) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the state department of public education for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of purchasing
    |
0019|     and installing computer equipment and software and providing
    |
0020|     for internet service for Questa high school in Taos county. 
    |
0021|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
