0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  SEVERANCE TAX BONDS--DEPARTMENT OF
    |
0018|     ENVIRONMENT--CHANGE IN PURPOSE--APPROPRIATION.--The balance of
    |
0019|     severance tax bonds appropriated to the department of
    |
0020|     environment pursuant to Subsection TT of Section 6 of Chapter 4
    |
0021|     of Laws 1996 (1st S.S.) for the purpose of designing,
    |
0022|     constructing or inspecting a new water storage tank and related
    |
0023|     water system improvements in the village of Cerrillos located
    |
0024|     in Santa Fe county shall not be expended for its original
    |
0025|     purpose but is reauthorized and appropriated to the department
    |
0001|     of environment for the purpose of designing, constructing or
    |
0002|     inspecting water system improvements in the village of
    |
0003|     Cerrillos located in Santa Fe county.
    |
0004|          Section 2.   EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0005|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
