0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SUPPORT OF ADULT DAYCARE

0012|     PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT NEW MEXICO.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0018|     for the purpose of supporting adult daycare programs throughout
    |
0019|     New Mexico, including fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to
    |
0020|     expand the program into areas currently unserved due to lack of
    |
0021|     funds.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
    |
0022|     end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
