      Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 271
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 2, line 8, strike "Section 2" and insert in lieu
  thereof "Section 3".
  
      2.  On page 3, line 15, between "or" and "products" insert
  "their".
  
      3.  On page 5, line 12, after "work" insert "or".
  
      4.  On page 7, line 3, strike "one dollar ($1.00)" and insert
  in lieu thereof "fifty cents ($.50)".
  
      5.  On page 7, line 13, strike "responsible" and insert in lieu
  thereof "reasonable".
      
      6.  On page 7, line 15, strike "three percent of collections"
  and insert in lieu thereof "three cents ($.03) per head".
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
