       Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE,

                 SENATE BILL 271, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendment 4.
  
       2.  On page 7, line 3, strike "one dollar ($1.00)" and insert
  "seventy-five cents ($.75)".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
