0011|     MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO EXPAND AND ENHANCE PROGRAMS AT THE

0012|     AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE CENTER IN FARMINGTON.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty-one thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($151,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure
    |
0018|     in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of expanding and enhancing
    |
0019|     cooperative extension service programs at the agricultural
    |
0020|     science center in Farmington.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
    |
0023|          Section 2.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred twenty-four
    |
0024|     thousand dollars ($324,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0025|     fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for
    |
0001|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 to expand and enhance
    |
0002|     agricultural experiment station programs at the agricultural
    |
0003|     science center in Farmington.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0004|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0005|     to the general fund.
