0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL'S OFFICE FOR

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0017|     fire marshal's office of the state corporation commission for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 to conduct a statewide
    |
0019|     fireworks safety program.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0020|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0021|     to the general fund.
