0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR

0012|     THE PURCHASE OF FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEW

0013|     COURTROOM FACILITY IN OTERO COUNTY; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-four thousand two
    |
0017|     hundred dollars ($54,200) is appropriated from the general fund
    |
0018|     to the twelfth judicial district for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1997 for the purpose of purchasing furniture, fixtures and
    |
0020|     equipment for the new courtroom facility located in Otero
    |
0021|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0023|          Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0024|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
