0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A YOUTH FOOTBALL PROGRAM IN

0012|     ESPANOLA THAT ENCOURAGES PHYSICAL FITNESS, SPORTSMANSHIP AND

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five thousand dollars ($5,000)
    |
0017|     is appropriated from the general fund to the local government
    |
0018|     division of the department of finance and administration for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of purchasing
    |
0020|     equipment and uniforms and continuing a youth football program
    |
0021|     that encourages physical fitness, sportsmanship and scholarship
    |
0022|     in Espanola.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0023|     at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general
    |
0024|     fund.
