0011| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND

0012| COUNSELING PROGRAM FOR THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY AND SAN

0015| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-six thousand nine
|
0017| hundred eighteen dollars ($96,918) is appropriated from the
|
0018| general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for
|
0019| expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing a
|
0020| domestic violence prevention and counseling program in McKinley
|
0021| and San Juan counties for the office of Navajo women and
|
0022| families. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
|
0023| the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
