      Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 177
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 21, strike "ten thousand dollars ($10,000)"
  and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000)".
      
  
      2.  On page 2, lines 3 and 4, strike "ten thousand dollars
  ($10,000) and insert in lieu there of "fifteen thousand dollars
  ($15,000)".
  
  
      3.  On page 2, line 4, strike "ten thousand dollars ($10,000)"
  and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000)".
  
      
      4.  On page 2, line 7, strike "ten thousand dollars ($10,000)"
  and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000)".
